Oasis Leaders Information 2008 Autumn Programme Oasis youth group is for young people from year 7 upwards 2008       November       Friday 21st   Normal Oasis at church. Talk - Who is Jesus? - Jesus' power over death (Mark 5: 21-24) by Dan - leaders: Dan/Alistair/Christine. Saturday 22nd   SonRise reunion. Friday 28th   Murder Mystery night (click here to see details page) - leaders: George/Alistair/Claire G/Sarah/Claire B. 7pm to 10pm. December       Friday 5th   Normal Oasis at church. Talk - Who is Jesus? - Jesus' authority to forgive sins (Mark 2: 1-7) by Claire B - leaders: Alistair/Dan/Claire B. Friday 12th   Christmas meal at Pizza Hut Longwater (click here to see details page). Leaders: everyone to attend if possible. Friday 19th   Meadow Way orchestra concert at the church -  No Group. Saturday 20th   NYFC Christmas ball. Friday 26th   No Group - Christmas. 2009       January       Friday 2nd   No Group - Christmas (leaders meeting). Friday 9th   Oasis starts. * Signed consent form needed (downloaded from the Oasis youth page). Remember speak to George Herbert if you are unable to make your date. Leaders to meet at 7.15pm for prayer time and set up. Please do not leave till after all the young people have left at 9.30pm. Remember you are welcome to attend any other Friday's on top of your rota. The youth group meets at 7.30pm most Friday's and is open to those in year 8 and above. All who attend must agree to a set of guidelines.
